Delivery of Zari product

While the dispatching of product is dependent on the customer’s delivery address, a good range to keep in mind is 2-5 days. Metros and Tier 1 cities may take 3-4 working days to deliver, whereas Tier 2 and 3 cities, as well as rural locations, may take 5-7 working days.

Cancellation Policy

We retain the right to cancel your order if you are not reachable or refuse to accept delivery of the products when we try to deliver them to you.

If a customer chooses to cancel an order after it has been confirmed, he or she should  email us at [email protected] with the ORDER NO.

Shipping Charges

The whole order amount will be refunded if the order is canceled (within 24 hours of placing the order)

Return Policy

We take utmost care in sending the product. Incase, if we agree to a return in exceptional circumstances, the customer bears the expense for the return of the product.
