While the delivery schedule depends on the customer’s location, here’s a general estimate: Metros and Tier 1 cities typically receive their orders within 3-4 working days, whereas Tier 2, Tier 3 cities, and rural areas might experience a delivery time of 5-7 working days.
Our commitment to efficient service drives our cancellation policy. If, due to unforeseen circumstances, you are unreachable or unable to accept delivery, we reserve the right to cancel your order. If you cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, the entire order amount will be refunded to you. This ensures a smooth shopping experience with Zari Couture.
We take the utmost care in packaging and sending each product, ensuring its quality and condition. In exceptional situations where a return is agreed upon, please note that the customer is responsible for covering the expenses associated with the return of the product.
